    i know that the best way to get perkier breasts [besides using a push-up bra] is by strengthening your pectoral muscles. i heard of doing push-ups and also using some weights by making your arms at a 90 degree angle and opening and closing them with the weights.

    are there any other workouts that will help? (ones i can do at home)

    I have been looking into clevastin. I have had saggy breasts since i hit puberty. I have size 38E cups, and I like the size but am not so satisfied with the form. I would like to be able to lift them without surgery. I have tried exercises an nothing has seemed to work. If you have tried clevastin or any other pills to make your breasts firmer and perkier, please let me know how it worked for you and the cost of the product you recommend. Thank you!

    so i’ve been on the web and would like to know if my breasts will be a little perkier or will sag more if i do more push ups and sit ups, i would like to tone and strengthen my arms and my abdominal area, i heard that if i do the push ups my breasts will be perkier however some people have argued that they will sag more, im currently a 28 FF and my breasts aren’t so saggy but a little lift could really help.

    the main reason i want to do the exercises are for the benefit of my health and make my body look healthier too but i’m afraid it will cause my breasts to sag more.
